上海环球金融中心
Shanghai World Financial Center Located in the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, the Shanghai World Financial Center is the fourth tallest building in China, with a distinctive bottle opener-like shape. From the 100th-floor observation deck, visitors can look straight at the tip of the Oriental Pearl Tower. Walking on the suspended observation gallery with transparent glass floors, one can overlook the scenery of both sides of the Huangpu River, feeling as if walking on clouds.
The Shanghai World Financial Center stands 492 meters tall with 101 floors above ground, featuring six entrances in total. Floors B2 to 3 are dedicated to shopping and dining areas, which are open to the public without an admission fee. Offices are located from floors 7 to 77, while the Park Hyatt Shanghai hotel occupies floors 79 to 93. The entrance to the observation deck is through Gate 2, near the Garden Stone Bridge on Dongtai Road. From there, visitors descend to the B1 ticketing area and then take high-speed elevators that can reach the 94th floor from B2 in just 66 seconds, traveling at a speed of up to 8 meters per second. The observation deck spans from floors 94 to 100. Visitors can start their tour on the 94th floor, take an escalator to the 97th floor, cross the observation skywalk, and then take an elevator to the 100th floor, or vice versa. On the 94th floor, visitors can also purchase postcards and mail them.
**100th Floor:** Located at 474 meters, the highlight is a approximately 55-meter-long suspended observation gallery with three sections of transparent glass floors, allowing clear views of cars and pedestrians below.
**97th Floor:** At 439 meters, this level features an open glass ceiling design that is particularly special. On clear days, the glass ceiling slides open on both sides, making the entire observation deck feel like a "sky bridge" floating in the air.
**94th Floor:** At 423 meters, this floor has an 8-meter-high ceiling, providing a spacious area with panoramic views of the Huangpu River. There are also a souvenir shop, café, and photo opportunities for capturing memories of the climb. Various exhibitions and events can also be held here.
